Would You Hire A 16 Year Old Girl to Babysit with a Little Bit of Experience?

I found it really troublesome to find a job this summer and I was considering babysitting. When I was 10 years old, my mom was babysitting a toddler at my house and I was taught how to change a diaper at that time lol. And last summer, I interned at a park as a camp aide and my responsibilities were to play with the kids, serve lunch and snacks, and to perform basic cleaning duties. I loved that job so much and I love working with kids. I would also be able to tutor kids in elementary and middle school english and i know my math pretty well up to geometry. i just want to know you guys' opinions and I wanna know if you were to have kids would you hire me as a babysitter?
