How do you deal with a female co-worker you cant stand?

I am 27 and I work with a 43 yr old woman I cant stand! She is always kissing up to mgmt, acting phony/fake, always chit-chatting with other co-workers/customers whenever she can, barely helps with shared responsibilities, uses the company phone for personal calls daily, dresses & acts skanky to get male attention (we work in the p&h trade), always tries to "one-up" me, and not to mention tries to get the attention of a certain man that she knows that I like and I am seeing... and unfortunately my desk is diagonally across the aisle from hers! So I have to see and hear her all day long! I have tried many times to like her, be civil, friendly, you name it but no matter what nothing changes with her...she is still all of the above mentioned and more! I just don't know what to do or how to deal with her and this whole mess because I just cant stand her! She just irritates and frustrates me to no end...I try not to let her and all she does bother me but it is hard and I continuously fail at it! Any sincere & serious insight, support, advice, would be much appreciated. Im just at my wits end and I don't know what to think or do anymore without wanting to annihilate her!
