Can't find a book, do I have the right title?

it's a book inspired by the story of josef fritzl. He is the man in australia that kept his daughter locked in the basement and had kids from her. the book is written from the child's perspective. I thought the name of it was Inside Out. Doe anyone know who the author is or where I can find the book?
