Who was a bad person in history?

I am making something dealing with bad people in history and I already have George Bush there, Josef Stalin, Hitler, Kim Jong il. Can someone give me bad people in history, I know a ton of them but i can't remember lol. Thanks. Can you say their name and what they did?
