Is it weird having a short ceremony?

Im having a non religious wedding ceremony so i've decided to write out what the officiant is going to say. so far it is only going to last 3 minutes plus the time it takes us to walk down the aisle which might take another 3 minutes. The wedding and reception are being held at the same place so its not like im losing any money for it being short. I just dont want my 90 guests to be upset that it only took 6 minutes. It is going to be outside though. Should i add more to the ceremony to make it longer like at least 15 minutes long or leave it as is?
