Do you think the "Ethnic Foods" sign in the grocery stores in the south are racist?

I noticed that when I was in New York the sign said "International Foods" for the appropriate aisle. I also noticed this at a grocery store in Los Angeles, CA. It seems that the south is the only part of our country that still uses a sign saying "Ethnic Foods" and I personally think it is racist. It is like saying this is foods for ethnicities or basically it is like saying this is the "non-white" aisle. I am speaking out about this because it is wrong. A few years ago, a few people in Huntsville, AL spoke up when you could still see "Whites Only" on the door to the bathroom in the basement of the old courthouse. Even though it had been painted over, you could still see it. The finally sanded the door and then painted over it. I think this "Ethnic Foods" sign needs to change to "International Foods" like the rest of the country. I want to point out that it is "Publix" grocery stores that I am specifically talking about. Winn-Dixie has already changed their sign to say "International Foods".
