16 on ACT, 1330 on SAT and a 3.6 gpa?

I have a internship at pcom, I was a geometry tutor, and volunteered to be a receptionist at my school. I took AP Chemistry this year and had a B average and for honors english. I got into AP Spanish, AP Calculus and AP English for senior year which I plan on taking. What are my chances of getting into a good college? Do you think its possible that I'm just a bad test taker or I'm not ready for college?
