Why do females have the ability to have things called periods & why did God not give man the power to get?

Why didn't God give males the ability to have them. Also why r there more products for females(pads,tampons,douces,Etc) to use, I can be our shopping with my mom and she'll go in the worst aisle in the store which is the female care aisle. I'm glad I'm not a female,UGGHHH
