What is the best seat on a long flight?

im 15 and im Going out of the country this summer allll by myself (well im meeting my family there) and i was jsut wondering what is the best seat for a 9 hour flight? middle seat window seat or aisle seat? and are they better in the middle of the plane or the front and why? THANK YOU
