What do you think of the gay ppl who went into a Catholic church during a service and protested for gay rights?

It was Sunday morning and a bunch of gay men and women went into a Catholic church, walked up and down the aisle and basically protested as if it were a picket line. I believe the Catholics responded by praying for them, but I'm not sure how it ended.
