Summer school question , please help.?

I believe they're trying to tell you that you dont really need it but their offering it to you as a chance to improve on whatever class you didnt do so well in, because they believe if you dont get help now it might get worse. I wouldnt worry to much usless you really feel you need to do it. even if you dont wanna do it I would to improve and renew your skills.
