Shark micro tabletop torch lighter wont light help me?

i bought this from a checkout aisle in runnings farm and fleet, it was a good deal at 5.29 with tax. ive owned it for about a day, and it has been great, but i tried to turn the small valve at the bottom to increse/decrease the flame size, because I wanted to see how small/big the flame got, well i turned it out a bit too much cuz i heard hissing of the butane coming out, so i immediatly turned it back to normal, well the butane was all gone, but I fortunately bought some zippo brand butane fuel earlier, so i purged, or let all the gas out of the lighter, and then refilled it. So, I figured "no problem cool i wont mess with that anymore" then tried to light it and i could hear the gas coming out(like it should) when i pressed the button down, and also saw the spark when i pressed the button all the way down (like it should) then, guess what, NO FLAME ! and i have tried many many times to light it and messed with the flame adjustor, and everything i have tried has failes, actually i tried once and the thing caught on fire, like the whole thing, but it wasnt jet flame just a regular flame like from a bic lighter, but it was BIG, and its a good thing I could blow it out before it burned my hand, but that oinly happened twice and hasnt happened again, so can any1 help me with this????? and just please tell me how to fix it, becuase were i bought the lighter is 80 miles away from my home, and next time we go there i will trade it for another one, but im not going back for a while, and we are going camping 2morrow, and i would really like to have a torch lighter to start campfires and such, also here is a video of the lighter a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8hUCcKooes&feature=channel_video_title" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8hUCcKoo…/a thank you for all of your answers in advance
