Is this possible or ok?

ok last night was my moms wedding. I was part of it, and i walked down the aisle with a hot 18 year old. I'm thirteen, but I still like him. I noticed all night that he was looking at me, and so was his brother. When we danced he was smiling the whole time and his dad (who was also part of the wedding) kept making remarks about him smiling and i kept blushing. And if me and my friend went outside or near my mom, he would follow us, or him and his brother. I know that its kind of illegal for something like that, a 18 year old and a 13 year old being together, but my friend who's thirteen has an 18 year old boyfriend. I really like him, and maybe he likes me. Could it be possible that he likes me, and for us to be together without any legal issues??
