I passed my trig class but i failed the regents.?

I passed my trig class but i failed the regents. NY don't offer the trig regents in aug. and are cutting out the Jan. regents. Is it a must i have to go to summer school? I already passed the algebra and geometry regents so i didn't need the pass the trig.
