Are the wealthy willing to sacrifice to cut spending and create jobs?

Thje rich only want more money. They are paying less taxes now than they did under President Bush the lst and under President Reagan and they are paying less now than they did under President Nixon and under Preisdent Eisenhower. They like to say that they are creating jobs but they are not. They are hoarding their money in off shore accounts in the Caribbean and other "safe" spots. Most rich people i know and come into contact with talk socially about money all the time. They are obsessed with it.
